New Research Shows How Cancer Rewires a Key Immune Pathway To Spread (IMAGE)
Caption
A collaboration between MSK and Weill Cornell Medicine used an approach called ContactTracing to predict the effect of interactions between cells in the tumor microenvironment. The segments of the outer ring represent cell types, and the colored lines highlight ligand-receptor-mediated interactions that depend on a tumor intrinsic process called chromosomal instability.
